Hi, I'm Amritpal Singh, a software engineering leader and the creator of this program. I know what it feels like to be stuck in the never-ending immigration process, constantly waiting for your chance to secure a green card. I, like many of you, came to the United States with dreams of building a better life for myself and my family. But, what I didn't expect was the years of uncertainty and anxiety.

I understand the fear, uncertainty, and the feeling of helplessness that comes with the immigration process. I have been through it all. To count a few- Stamping denial, H1B extension denial, 140 denial. I was anxious about my family's future in the United States. But, I refused to give up and let my dreams be crushed by the immigration process.

In 2020, I stumbled upon a coworker who self-sponsored and received a green card in the EB1-A category. It was then that I realized that there were other options available. I saw light at the end of the tunnel and decided to pursue the EB1-A routes. This category offered the flexibility of self-sponsoring without having to rely on the employer.

 

I am proud to say that I successfully filed and received a green card through the EB1-A routes. My journey was not easy, but it was worth it. Since then, I have helped friends, coworkers in the form of cohort, 1:1 and proudly guided them from start to finish line in EB1A journey.
